Has anyone tried adapting something like this for different ages without losing the whole point of the program?

I’ve been working with mixed-age groups in an after-school center, and I’m trying to figure out if programs built around mindset training can really work for everyone. Some of my younger kids get super excited over short videos and simple tasks, but the older ones zone out unless it feels relevant to their lives. I saw that Positive Edge uses an 8-week structure, but I’m not sure how flexible it is.

Yeah, I’ve played around with it a bit. I found a breakdown on https://positiveedgeeducation.com  that helped me understand how the program layers skills over time, so it was easier to adjust the activities without messing up the overall flow. The younger kids responded well to the quick video format, and I usually added hands-on stuff afterward to keep them busy. With teens, I flipped it — we watched the clip, then turned it into a conversation about real situations, which worked surprisingly well. Honestly, the structure is simple enough that you can scale it up or down with just small tweaks.
